How to Get to Bamang

The Cultural Village is a short downhill drive from Bonwire Senior High School to the centre at Bamang.

Public Transport from Kumasi

Board a Bonwire tro-tro at Dr. Mensah station in Kumasi. The last stop is Bamang station.

Public Transport from Accra

Take a Kumasi bus and drop at Ejisu. From the taxi station, board a Bonwire car and drop at Bamang station. Alternatively, stop at Ejisu and hire a taxi directly to Bamang (approximately 8 km).

Private Transport from Kumasi

Drive approximately 19 km north on the Mampong Road. Turn right at Asonomaso Nkwanta and travel 15.5 km east (stay right) to Bonwire Senior High School, then turn left to Bamang.

Private Transport from Accra

When you reach Ejisu, turn right and drive approximately 6 km to Bomfa junction. Turn left and drive 3 km. Turn right at Bonwire, then take the first right road at the Bonwire Senior High School entrance. Drive straight to Bamang Kente Dan Ho.
